Crystal WorldWide is the legal successor of OCRA (Eastern
Europe) Ltd., which was a member of OCRA group. Following
the material changes of laws governing the company formation
business - introduced by the Isle of Man regulatory bodies
- we decided to separate our business as of March 31,
2003 and act independently to provide effective tailor
made solutions.
 CORPORATE

One of our major activities is company formation and
related compliance. We maintain extensive stocks of ready-made
companies and these are available for immediate use.
Alternatively, we may incorporate a company with your
choice of name, which, depending on the jurisdiction
you choose, may take minimum ten days.
We regularly incorporate zero tax International Business
Companies ("IBC") in jurisdictions such as the British
Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Bahamas, Mauritius, Seychelles
and Belize. International Business Companies are confidential
and flexible entities that pay a fixed annual licence
fee, benefit from simple and straightforward compliance
and are not required to prepare or file audited accounts.
We provide US and Isle of Man Limited Liability Companies
("LLC"), which are essentially incorporated partnerships
with limited liability and structure such entities so
that they are not subject to taxation in their country
of formation.
We also establish companies in jurisdictions such as
the UK, Isle of Man, Jersey and Cyprus as well as companies
domiciled in civil law jurisdictions (e.g. Denmark, Netherlands,
Luxembourg and Madeira) and utilise such companies in
tax planning structures. Companies incorporated in these
jurisdictions must file audited accounts and are generally
subject to more compliance than IBC companies or LLC's.
We arrange registered office facilities and where required
registered agent services in a company's country of incorporation.
When required we are able to arrange for the appointment
of professional directors and nominee shareholders.
COMMERCIAL
SERVICES
The Commercial Services Division of our offices are
responsible for the day to day business and financial
transactions undertaken by companies and trusts that
we are requested to administer.
We are able to assist companies by opening and managing
bank accounts, expeditiously undertaking bank transfers,
raising invoices and undertaking trading and investment
transactions, administering VAT registered companies
for EU trading. Additionally we provide mail forwarding
and communication services including telephone and facsimile
message forwarding.
Over the last 11 years Crystal WorldWide has developed
close working relationships with many international banks
and is, therefore, able to assist with the opening of
corporate, trust and personal accounts in any convertible
currency. All of these banks provide the high quality
of service that our clients expect.
ACCOUNTANCY
SERVICES
Our partner offices are responsible for the bookkeeping
and accounting of the companies under our administration.
Under the direction of high qualified Chartered Accountants
our partners can prepare all types of financial reports
from a simple income and expenditure statement to the
preparation of a full set of accounts for third party
audit.
ADVISORY
SERVICES
We are able to arrange tax planning and structured corporate
advice and solutions, often utilising the advantages
of double tax treaties, trusts and partnerships along
